V8 LBZ Editor Problems?

I would like to start using V8 for tune editing but it doesn't seem to work for my LBZ Duramax software. I can't change units either. You can see the attached screen shots of what it should look like in V7.5. Am I missing something? I'm running the latest version, just re-installed recently.

You can change the data units using the drop down list at the top of the display.
You can change the row/col units by right-clicking on the data cells and selecting the appropriate units from the pop-up menu.
You can change the number of decimal points displayed by clicking the appropriate tool bar buttons.
Changes will be remembered when you restart the software.
