In light of recent threads, I have went through some of the scripts I use and have decided to share them with the community. Use these at your own risk and make sure you know what you are changing. Also pay attention to the type of data being used and its format, as it may be different then what the script was wrote in. There are 31 contained in the zip. Below is a list of what is included.

DISABLE SKIP SHIFT (CAGS/CARS)
DISABLE COT (CATS)
DISABLE LTFT'S
DISABLE/ENABLE CLOSED LOOP
DISABLE/ENABLE OPEN LOOP
DISABLE/ENABLE MAF
DISABLE REAR OXYGEN SENSORS
INCREASE TRANSMISSION SHIFT FIRMNESS BY 10%-40%
IFR TABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING (SVO 30LB/42LB, MOTRON 60LB, STOCK INJECTORS FOR 98+ FBODY)
DISABLE TORQUE MANAGEMENT
REDUCE TORQUE MANAGEMENT BY 10%-75%
DISABLE/ENABLE DFCO

Hope this helps some. :)

PS - If you don't know what a script is, don't ask. ;)

Might want to try re-uploading it. When I tried to download, winzip claimed it was not a valid archive.

Thanks Chad! I'm very new to EFI tuning and even I can implement one of these scripts. Very nice feature of EFI Live!

I think my skip shift eliminator is causing some trouble so now I know exactly where I need to go (b/c of the script) to tune it out programatically so I can take it out. Or obviously, I can just run the script :)

This is weird. I have downloaded it to several computers without a problem. I will have it re-zip'd and then see what we can come up with.

I don't know what to tell you guys. Some it works fine while others it says it is corrupted.

Maybe change the name of the file and reattach to the first post. Perhaps it is something cached on some peoples machines.

Black02SS
September 4th, 2006, 03:06 PM
Why don't you try and host it for me and see if that takes care of the problem?

I have added a link to download the scripts. Special thanks goes out to Andrew for hosting the file (along with everything else he hosts for me).

What did you use to compress it with? I just use XP's ability to read/create zip files. Could be part or all of the problem.

Other than that, nothing comes to mind as why we are so special

I downloaded to 2 XP desktops and can either extract using WIN XP gadget or just double click on zipped file. I use XP with Windows FW.
Worked great.

Cool stuff. Where are the instructions for writing these? Nothing seemed to show up in the help file. I get the general concept, but didn't know if there were any guidelines for spacing, selecting ranges, etc.

There are instructions on how to make them in the sample.txt file that is included with the main program. :)

Nice job Chad.
Take a look at D0301. The files I've seen show either enable or disable.

Correct. 0 should be disable while 1 is enable.

It seems that we all change B1901 to 640. Why, if it's only used by traction control? Or is it?
