E38 lean tip in

I searched lean tip in and have been digging for a few dayswith lots of threads that ended with. No clear answers..

Recently completed a 5.3 turbo swap and this is my first Gen IV forced induction tune.
I have the VVE pretty. Dialed in,, just a little cleaning up to do, and the MAF is dialed in as well. The problem I'm having is a lean spike for about a full second on tip on with any kind of load
It will spike to 16.7 to 17 afr then drop to about 12.0.
I have power enrichment delay to 0.1 and the fueling. Rate to .1 so it should come in pretty quick.

Is there a table I'm missing for this feature?

Post your tune so we can look at it (and a log when it goes lean)

For E38
Increase B2005 in the areas that you are experiencing the lean spike
Set B167 to 0
Set b0165 to 0.0005
Set b0156 to 5 across the board
Set B0168 to zero

I've played with what I can but no luck
