Can't stop the log

I'm having a peculiar issue, where I can't seem to get the data log to stop. If I click the STOP button, it just sits and won't stop until I shut the car off. Does anyone have any ideas? This is using V7.5.

Just using the Stop button while viewing either the dashboard or on the Map screen.

Ok started using V8 Scan, and CTRL-Q appears to work as it should

Try reinstalling V7.5.

Thanks Joe, I'm still trying to decide whether I like V7.5 or V8 better, V8 seems more complicated to me, but I'm new enough that I haven't really discovered all of the ins and outs of each.

V8 is same and/or better than V7, the "buttons" are different.

There are a few ways to stop the log in car. One way is to put the car in park and use the emergency brake. Another way is to put the car in neutral and use the emergency brake.
