CM2200 Base file Edit Error

New V3 Flash Scan, new user.
Every time I try to edit a base tune file for future flashing I get this error.
It is not locked, it opens and will display parameters but it won't open any table. I tried a E38 ECM file for giggles and same error

That error occurs if/when your graphics card driver is not up to date or does not or cannot support OpenGL 3D Hardware acceleration.
EFILive recommends updating the drivers for your graphics card if possible. Otherwise you'll need to use a different PC/laptop with a more modern graphics card/chip set. Maybe even just updating your Windows operating system the latest available version may help.

You can look in the EFILive V8 "About Screen" to see what the OpenGL support is on your PC/laptop - that may help you figure out what graphics card vendor you need to download updated drivers from.
