Truck had trans rebuilt. In doing so the valve body and TCM was changed on the 6L80e in a 2009 5.3 Silverado. Original TCM OS is 24249179. New TCM that was sent for the rebuild is 24239353. Based on the compatible function these two OS are not compatible. Went into the drop box and found a 2007 Denali Truck 6L80e tune with matching OS for the new TCM and full flashed into truck via V8. Truck works as it should however it has developed and harsh shudder on the 1-2 shift only at 2000-3500RPM. This is after driving and getting fluid warm. EVERYTHING else works perfectly. Tune is factory 100% other than VIN change for full flashing. New TCM was "empty" before the full flash with the 9353 OS. Can someone verify that tune should work for this truck? If not would someone have the correct tune for it or is this a mechanical related issue? Torque Converter was changed at time of rebuild to new stock. 2386923870

You need to visit GM's CalID website, put in the VIN and it will tell you exactly what that TCM should have in it.

I did that and was able to get original stock tune out before TCM valve body swap. The original TCM tune from factory was the 24249179 OS file. The new TCM valve body that was put in during rebuild from GM (where they took the VIN to match it they said) was a TCM that had a 24239353 OS. The original OS and the new OS are not compatible, however on the tune repository I found a 24239353 OS for a T43/6 speed Denali truck and it works fine except for the 1-2 shift only when warm. I was trying to see if that file would in fact work as it should for the new TCM as the original factory tune was not compatible with new TCM?
