Hi all,

I took a scan today on a quick 15 minute drive, and I noticed something strange with Inj PW values, bank to bank. My pulse width values are different from bank 1 to bank 2 of anywhere from 40% to almost 80%, and I'm in Open Loop so there should be no reason for the difference as far as I can see. I've attached my tune file, in case anyone could have a quick look, and a snip of the log that shows the difference. I've gone over the tune and don't see anything obvious, although I'm still relatively new to this.

Okay so after reading through some previous threads, I figured I'd try and disconnect both NB O2's, and voila no more bank to bank differences. So I guess I'm to assume that even though I'm in Open Loop with no LTFT, the STFT's still try and adjust?!

Swap NBO2's across banks and see if injector pulsewidths follow the NBO2's.

Hi Joe,

I did previously swap the O2's side to side because of what I saw, and the odd reading followed the sensor, so I suspect I may have a bad one. Interesting thing is that I bought new NTK's from a reliable source so I wouldn't have to worry about this kind of stuff. Once I figured out that I had a possible bad sensor, I decided to look into the STFT issue, which is when I found the old thread that mentioned unplugging the O2's. As soon as I did that, everything evened out as far as PW's go.
