I have opened several 2010 CM2200 base files that say they are a manual calibration but they have all of the 68RFE parameters for making changes to the transmission. I also have opened a couple of 2011 and one 2012 base files that also state they are a manual calibration and they do not have the 68RFE parameters. I was wanting to use a manual calibration because I do not want the ECM looking for the 68RFE because I have a 2006 Allison 1000 using a separate TCM for it. Should I use the ones that don't have the 68RFE parameters? I've attached a couple of examples.

Not uncommon, all the code and tables are still in the ECM for the 68RFE but are not used. The only one that seems to always be unique is the OS's which support the Aisin trans.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. I'd prefer to use the 2010 base file. When I originally wired the engine harness up I used all 2010 information from ALLDATA since my engine and wiring harness was from a 2010 Ram. I don't want to cause any issues by using the 2011 or 2012 should they possibly have different engine sensors than the 2010.
