Taking extremely long to read a pcm....

Haven't been on here in a while let alone used my V2 but went to read my pcm in my 08 cummins that I've used this on many times in the past and it has taken nearly 12 minutes to read!!??? What's going on? I haven't changed anything since last time I used this.
