Whistler is this file able to be converted to CSP5? I am still using V7.5. It shows that it isn't upgradeable.

Yes it is, the CSP conversion for that OS was done July 2020 so Dodge may have even released more OS's since then (it's impossible to keep up with :Eyecrazy:)
