2018 speed limiter removal

Has anyone else noticed that the speed limiter in the CM2350 cals does not really do anything?

I set D2021 from 164 to 250 and the truck still won't go faster than 164 kph.

I maxed out all 3: D2021, D2022 and D2023. Truck still won't go faster than 164 kph.

I am guessing there's a cal in the background that I haven't found yet that's getting in the way. Does anyone have a hint or .cax file?

The ability to disable the speed limiter only exists for some calibrations, well to be specific it only exists on what are deemed the 'export models' - the 33.xx and 34.xx OS's (for reasons I won't go in to).
A .cax8 would allow you do access it if someone knows.

I’m not 100% this will remove it for normal speed limiter, been awhile since I looked at the 2350b stuff. Been working on cm849 lately.
