Trying to get a base tune for my new build. New at this tuning thing. Engine is an L92 6.0 out of a 2014 Chevy express van. Converted the harness to standalone, removed VVT, replaced the cam with an Elgin E-1840p, and have a 102mm throttle body and intake from Sharpe customs. I have been able to get the car to idle, but I am having a few issues. The first is that the MAF continues to fail. The MAF i am using is out of a 2014 Camaro, due to the stock express van MAF being integrated into the air filter housing. I recognized that the camaro has a different pinout, and I corrected that. I verified that my pinouts are correct, and I have checked the wiring from the MAF to the PCM. All is good. I've tried a second MAF (delphi) and I stilll get the P0102, and the MAF is not reading incoming airflow. I suspect it's something to do with the Hz reading from the stock express van to the Camaro, but i'm not 100%. Anyone have insight on this? thanks.

I can't view your .ctz file at present (I'm away from home where my laptop is)...

Check if DTC P0102 is set to alweays fail (check its test limits).

I realize you have checked wiring, but it's wiring ;)

If everything ohms out okay and is pinned correctly, how can it be wiring? I ordered a new plug just for kicks, I will check the pinouts and wiring one more time. Have you looked at the .ctz file and looked at the parameters? I believe you, i guess i just need to figure it out... And i don't think that it's set to always fail, but stranger things have happened.

I am assuming this is a cartridge style MAF, what diameter is your intake tube? Do you have enough distance of straight pipe before and after the cartridge?
A = MAF signal
B = Ground
C = Ignition voltage
D = Low reference(analog signal ground for IAT)
E - IAT signal

Update: the ECM was bad. It was wired properly, everything ohmed out okay, and the pins are installed in their proper spots. with nothing else to try, i grabbed a spare ECM I had and tried it, and the MAF started reading. So now I get to start over and hopefully get a base tune written for this. I'm still getting a MAF performance issue, but hopefully with some adjustment I can get that sorted out. Thanks to those that helped, I'll post a log file after the ECM replacement.
