Can't Install Latest Software

I can download the newest V7 and V8, but they won't open for me to be able to install them (tried twice). I double click and nothing happens. Try to run as administrator and I get a momentary spinny wheel then nothing. I need at least V7.5.36 which is the May 2021 release. I'm running Windows Vista 64 bit. What gives?

V7.5 no longer supports installation to Windows XP or Windows Vista. This change is due to SHA1 having been deprecated by digital certificate authorities.

V7.5 and V8 are now only supported on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.

I'm having trouble finding what the latest software version was that supported Vista, when perusing previous software drops I'm not seeing a mention but this was also probably only a 1 time thing.
