how to data log with EFI live?

I am new to EFI live V7.5 no idea how to data log with my lap top? any help greatly appreciated! thanks

Connect laptop -› FSV2 -> ALDL/PCM

Then on laptop start EFILive V7.5 Scantool, and then on upper left click green connect button, then on bottom middle click square record button (which becomes stop button).
View data on Charts tab.
When done click stop button, it will ask you for a filename.
