Ls1a full flash?

I’m trying to flash 98 manual tune to my ls1a
controller replacing the automatic tune and it’s saying not compatible?

In selected the full flash and it says it’s not supported on ls1a controller .

Calibration flash says not compatible operation system/ mismatch?

I’m a novice to tuning but am I missing something here ?

I can pull the full automatic tune .

The vehicle is a 97 corvette automatic with the Ls1a

I got a stock manual file and I’m attempting to flash it . There’s a red X Over the Ls1a controller saying full flash not supported ?

Then I tried to just do a calibration flash and it says there’s an incompatible OS/mismatch. I’m assuming a full flash has to be done ? I’m just tying to get rid of all the issues from the automatic to manual swap.

I’m getting codes, and I’m also getting the “brake before shift” message in the DIC .

You can turn the codes off in the auto tune. I suspect brake before shift is handled by something other than the PCM. Is the car doing anything weird other than throwing codes?
