Error 0371 and 053e

Hello, I have a 2020 ram 3500. I bought the efilive v3 with a 68rfe transmission tunin. I started the installation when I was at the 4 block, it stopped and that error appeared, what can I do? Now my truck is unusable. It is the first time that I have used this product. If you can guide me or help me, I would appreciate it with an email or telephone number that I can call for technical support?

If you purchased tunes and/or an AutoCal, you purchased the product from your tuning shop/company - not EFILive. EFILive sells FlashScan V3 directly to end users and provides hardware and software for AutoCal products. In both scenarios, they do not provide tunes.

You'll need to contact the tuning shop from where you purchased your tunes from for support.

First step is to always flash the previous tune and/or your stock tune. If you do not have a stock tune, you'll need to contact your tuning company.
