E39 SRX 3.0 Idle adjust

Trying to idle up a 3.0L with no luck.
It will idle at target in gear but not in park. it ignores the desired idle speeds.

any ideas?

I made changes and tried E39_0001



i was grasping for straws after 3 hours of fooling with this so i started adding to the Torque response Commanded power tables and the Torque models. It either idled at 550 rpms when targeting 750 in P/N or it would go to 3000 rpms. Nothing inbetween.
