ive looked for the past 3hrs trying to remedy my solution, but no avail.
i used a BP automotive wiring harness and new fans. everything is wired, pinned, bolted properly. they do use the 42 & 33 pins. both of mine were empty. and BP runs both fans in parallel hi/low.
i used the one drive stock files for a yukon to get my temps and pressures for the triggering. they seem really high to me... but idk.

im going to try and lower the trigger temps and see if that works.
i have a 180 t-stat and new all alum. 3 row radiator. it is all bled & burped.

any help is appreciated!

post your tune.
BP makes good stuff from what ive seen.
Are you 100% sure you pinned them to the right color connector?

I'll get a screen shot tomorrow.
I'm absolutely positive I pinned them right.

ok just wanted to double check.
Id like to see your tune tho. There is more than one page of settings for the fans.

There ya go.. Give that a try.

When you mentioned that it seemed kinda high were you referring to the coolant temp or ac pressure?

what does your coolant temp normalize at when cruising down the road?

the coolant temps seemed high from the stock file i copied. what i sent is what i changed them too, but haven't tried yet.
and im not sure the pressure for the ac will be the same for yukon vs yukon xl.

per the dash coolant is below 210, id say its around 190ish

Ahhhh. yea stock tune has the temps in the 226 range which isnt a problem per say.
datalog what your coolant temp is cruising. Then figure out if your Fans on/off settings are ok.
Factory thermostat they usually run 192-194*. So i turn the fans on at 215 and off at 205.
With a 180* tstat the ECT is roughly 185-187*. So trying to turn the fans off at 180* like you have it set to, it might never turn the fans off if it cant get down to that temp. Thats why i suggested getting a reading of your actual ECT to see what its doing.

Gotcha, ill try to do some logging this weekend and see what is shows.
I appreciate the help.
My ac doesn't work currently, so I won't be able to test those parameters until it's fixed.
