Having a hard time getting an issue figured out. Seems like the truck has something limiting power around 4000 RPMs. It pulls fine until then and it just cuts power, falls right on its face.. can even hear it in the exhaust. Here's a rundown of the specs, base files and datalog.
Beating my head against the wall for a while on this, any help is appreciated.

6L Stroked with 4" rods and .030 over - 10:1 compression
1.72 Roller Rockers

Long tubes and Intake
4L80E trans PCM of NC adapter harness
3800 Stall
