Here is my ecm and tcm tune for a 2014 silverado with 5.3 l83. As you can see i haven't modified much.

The issue i am having is even with traction control turned off, if i do a burn out the power is being cut. What is causing this and how can i eliminate it from doing this? If memory serves me right its around 3800rpm it shuts the power down.

It looks like you still have torque management enabled in your T43 tune, you might try disabling that completely to see if that works for you.

You might also try looking at B8311 in your E92 tune. It has engine torque dropping way off at 4096 RPM. You might not be losing communication with your TCM, but this table might be worth maxing out to see if that does the trick.

I'm a little nervous to disable all torque management, as i don't want to hurt the transmission. Its mostly stock with a lot of miles, just want to go have a little fun. :) I will probably try this and see if it helps.

When doing a burn out would this be considered a stationary shift?

Other thing I'm curious about is if maybe its cutting power because its trying to shift? I will try and take a log of the issue and post it.
