i had read the radig tutorial on here and made the pid list and made sure each pid is valid and proper units to match the maps and tables in my tune file. although all the pids show as they are valid i click the red circle to data log the rafig process and the only pid that has the accuate info is my wbo2 sensor. are some of the pids only valid in the older os ? i have a 2006 vortec max. just installed the elgine e-1839p and removed the cats. the file is listed below. the idle is low due to stock converter and the truck seems to have an unsteady idle and even worse with the ac on. enough to the point the ac will be commanded and the clutch will engage then the rpms will fluctuate and the ac clutch gets turned off even though the ac is being commanded by the hvac buttons. i will soon be doing the 862 heads and a nbss throttle body with the 88mm tb and would like to get this sorted out before doing more mods. any help is very much appreciated.

hard times, criticism and helpfull info is all welcomed haha.

Do you have the stock tune that goes with your engine?

What cam specs?

cam is 220/224 .575/.575 112 LSA.244472444824449

there is my stock file. the file i am currently running and a data log of this morning..... when i use the rafig pids the ect, iat and ambient temps just read -40. when i monitor other pids they work fine. when im in drive and ac commanded on the vehicles afr moves around and the pcm somehow tells the ac clutch to dissengage moments after i hear it command and the second i place it in park/neutral it comes back on. not sure if i need to do more maf/ve tuning or focus now on the idle air specs...

Its prolly stall saver is active and killing the AC. had that happen years ago and it drove me crazy.. Finally figured it out.

Tuned a 6.0 last week with a similar camshaft. See if this helps.

i used some of the desired airflow values. i calcvet some more of my maf using the dvt and just about stalling the engine out without the ac on and i believe its fixed. and i used this calibration.24452

thank you for your help. i changed the ramp up rate as well.
