Bad tune?

So I upgraded my 2017 Cummins to a 3rd Gen swap with an S366. Truck was already deleted using MM3. I got new EFI Live tunes, and after hardware was installed, cleared all codes, then installed EFI Live. After install, I got a check engine light. The following codes are what I got:

As well as Service Electronic Throttle Control.

Seems to me my new tune was a stock file, but I may be wrong. What do you think?

Send me your file and I will see what all has been done to it. I can turn off those DTCs if you want.
