tps problem?

My tb is oscillating at idle. 0 to .4 at idle. Do I have a bad sensor. Nothing is loose on the tb. I have a nick williams 90mm. Thanks

It you have messed with the idle screw you will need to perform a TPS reset. Basically it requires you to remove the TPS sensor, turn the ignition to the accessory position (DO NOT START) and leave for 30 seconds. Then reconnect TPS sensor and hopefully this will sort that problem out.

I reset it every time I mess with the idle screw.

Bugger. I found that mine used to sit at .4 also and the TPS reset fixed it for me. Can't offer anything more sorry :frown:

Thanks anyways :) Maybe i'll switch out sensors and see what happens.
