Updated PMMs for E38 E67 E92 LS1B

Hello Everyone

I've been meaning to release this for a while. I hope everyone finds this useful and this might be a good addition to everyone's scanner. This has most parameters I typically use that are not defined within EFILive. You can find these parameters by going into the ECM Custom area Make sure to validate the PIDs. If there is one that is really important let me know and I may attempt to add it.

Drop these into: C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\Documents\EFILive\V8\User Defined PIDs\pmm

Ok, I put the E92_User.pmm file in the pmm folder that's in the User Defined PIDS folder. I validated PIDS with V8 while connected to my car but nothing new shows up under "ECM Custom". What am I doing wrong or does it not work for E92 Controllers ?
