viewing a stock file in v8 software

I'm new here and to tuning. With that said, I have downloaded the v8 software and a stock 6.7 Cummins file from this forum. Should I be able to open and view the parameters ( timing, fueling, boost, etc.) of that file. I can see vin number and a few things but I can't see the actual business end of the file. Any help appreciated..:thankyou2:

Have you tried to click on the Edit tab on the left?

Looks like you have problems with your computer.
Have you tried to reinstall the V8 Software?
