I know this is an older thread but did you ever get this figured out? I have the exact same question for E/C S90170.02 on my 2007 Cummins 5.9 Laramie Mega Cab 48RE Auto. Previous owner used a Smarty Jr on it (that I do not have), he said he did the Return to Stock, I still can not read it with EFILive.

Just flash over with one of these 3 OS for 2007 (11450107. 11450201. 11450202), 06 OS(11352409 11352601 11352602)will work but if you modify the file it acts kinda funny and doesn’t seem to give full fuel not sure why, just my experience.

Do you have the drop box address for all the stock files? If not I can post it here when I get back to my computer.
