Fan stays on all the time

The fan stays on and runs continuously when the car is on or off. It drains my battery it runs so much
It just started doing this after I tuned it. What would be causing this issue?

Did you by any chance unplug the exhaust temperature sensors? That will trigger the cooling fans. They have to be plugged in or theoretically you could probably fool the ECM with resistors...
