Getting ready for traveling season. I've been working on a "daily driver tune" to net better economy. I will post what I have for mapping when I gain access to my laptop again. I currently have pilot tapering off to zero at 2500rpm.
Just looking for generalized tips of what to do. I am running 15mpg currently on a tune that is roughly 500rwhp and has moderate smoke limiting below 2200rpm.
I was running a billet S363/68 that I sent to the moon last spring. I was running 16mpg with it regularly. After the S472, I made extensive changes to the tune to get back to the 15mpg mark, but would like try and get closer to 17-18 highway.

Hardware:
2010 F250 Super Crew long bed
Short Rod 6.4L CR
Fly cut 6.7 pistons
Hamilton 188/210 cam
CM849/custom harness
Exergy %100 CRIN1 injectors
Fleece Powerflo 750 injection pump
Forced S472 (I don't remember which turbine ATM)
47RE with all the goodies
Anteater Beta controller
3.73 ratio axles
33" tires

Well, my laptop is having an issue. I'll post up as soon as I get it rolling again.

Main timing was derived from AH64's spreadsheet calculator.

I need to rework the pilot timing scale and values because it's too close to my part throttle shift point and causes what amounts to a PID hunt right before the shift as pilot shuts off and then comes right back because of the change in torque.
