Hi I have attached the tune file. The engine is out of a box truck & is currently governed to 70MPH. I have maxed out H0111, H0109 and H0108. What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

What size tires and what gear ratios?

Make sure the rev limiter and torque limiter are not part of what is holding back the engine speed.
