Open loop tuning still has STFT

Hi all trying to tune in open loop using wide band , then will put back in closed loop. 2000 silverado 8.1 w SC
when I data log I still show STFT making corrections, what am i missing?

Try putting (B3805) (B3806) (B4115) & (B4116) all to 1.00

I did have (B4115) and (B4116) set to 1
will try (B3805) and (B3806) at 1
I don't understand how it can have correction in STFT if they were set to 1?

not sure how it can show STFT changing with everything shut off?
