Installed a GM e85 sensor and wired it to pin 40 on the J1 connector. Updated it the tune to actual sensor. The virtual ethanol % was at 41 and 51 with the actual sensor. Also turned off torque management. 1st gear is a lot sportier now, lol. My question is if I need to adjust the VVE table and MAF, the current commanded AFR is 12:1, do I need to fill the tank with ethanol free gas then do the process and switch back to e85? Well, E70 is all that's available near me. Ill attach my tune and log if anyone wants to look through it and offer any suggestions.
Also, My 1-2 shift is commanded at 6000rpm and 40mph but its going all the way to 6500 before its shifting. Should I lower my shift rpm and mph to around 5700rpm and 35 to get it to shift at 6000-6100rpm?

leave torque mgmt on, if you want to firm up the shift, play with shift times & oncoming adapt presets. While there isn't much talk about it on this forum there is plenty on the other brand forum. It's the same stuff so it translates over to EFILIVE.

Also i find it easier to measure your tyre size then make sure it's correct in the TCM, as that is what shift speeds will be based off. It then communicates speed to the ecu, so i find its best to log vss from both ecu/tcm until they match.

Generally the more HP u start making you begin to start having to pre-empt shift speeds.

Its a cammed 6.2L. Probably close to 500Hp at the flywheel. Finally figured out how to log injector duty cycle. the stock flexfuel injectors are at 75% at the top of first gear. speed is spot on according to my gps. Before I turned off TM the 1-2 shift was at 5600. When I turned it off it went to 6500 and hit the rev limiter. I backed it down to 5800 and it shifted at 6400. Backed it down to 5700 with corresponding speeds but didn't get to test it yet. But my before 0-60 was 6.9 Seconds. pulled a 6.3 sec on the first update. Will hopefully be going turbo next spring. Need to get this beast moving. Thanks for your help

I got to test it and the 1-2 and 2-3 shift are perfect. For a big heavy suv this thing rips. measured a 6.3 sec 0-60 with a E60 mix and max timing around 26* and no knock.
not sure what happened to the log I had for it. Ill have to do some more testing this weekend.
