$0533 error code

I am very new with this. I tuned my daily 2012 Duramax after too many SCR issues a couple years ago. Recently ran off the road and totalled.
New truck 2015 duramax, same Autocal from GDP. I purchased a new support pack for my AutoCal. Tried loading onto ECM and getting error code $0533, no VIN License slots available. I cannot add any, nor purchase any vin license within the program. It will not let me generate an Auth code. Am I crazy or do I need to now buy a FlashScan? If your AutoCal is still linked to GDP's FlashScan, you cannot purchase a VIN license yourself, you must have them activate it
