Missing parameters OS 12664769

I'm running into a weird issue on a Gen V 5.3 swap into a classic truck, On cold startup, The truck is going into what I assume is the catalyst light-off procedure, where commanded AFR is dropping to 9:1 - 10:1 and timing advance goes negative, This results in the truck lugging and sounding like garbage for about a minute or 2, Once it's warmed up it runs and sounds great.

I cannot find any tables that would disable or at least tone this down a bit. My OS 12664769.

I looked at another GEN V file posted here for the GM LT376(OS 12677012) and see tables B5146(Minimum coolant temperature catalytic converter light-off) and B5147(Maximum coolant temperature catalytic converter light-off), But these are not identified in my OS.

Has anyone ran into this?

Have a look at B0801-B0814, I believe that's where you can Disable it or at least change your protection limits.
