Is there a way to change VIN or OS on an E38 PCM, I've got a bunch of early 07-08 E38 PCM's that are worthless because they hit the P/N Rev limiter No matter what I do in the cal because I'm trying to use them on Manual setups.

You can change the VIN using the VIN change option:

You can change the OS with another compatible OS if you perform a full-flash.
Compatible OSes can be looked up like this:
