Does anyone know what the hex values in the GM TCM tunes mean? 0 I assume would be Disabled, but I've also seen '03' and '06'. I'm thinking 03 means something like enabled, no MIL, and 06 means Enabled, request MIL or something like that, but does anyone have a list of the possible values and what they really stand for?
