Certain file takes a long time to load?

A base tune I've been using a long time now takes 2-3min to load into the tune tool. It literally changed this file HUNDREDS of times...literally. any other base file I have loads in like 15seconds. Why the heck does this file take so long to load up? 2-3min isn't long, but its annoying. Is it because it's been resaved/reused so many times? I'd like to fix this small issue??

Hum.. All mine take the same amount of time. And i use the same one for a ton of LS swaps.
Can you post the tune? I can try it on mine and see what happens.
