Looks like I need to request here to have a VATS patch added to a Cal here is the Cal if I could get a VATS Patch added please.

Well tried to bench flash this thing 3 times and the VATS still appear to be on and active. No INJ pulse on cranking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
