I have a LR4 4.8 I am looking to put newer OEM GM injectors and intake into. I already have the LR4 tune and a tune from a truck with that came factory with these new injectors. My question is, do I need to change everything in the attached screenshot from the new injector tune to my LR4?

Sorry for a trivial question.

Is the intake different from stock? Like do the GM part numbers match or is it like a new style Gen IV intake going on a Gen III? If so, you'll need to retune the VE table(s) to account for that.

For injectors, if they're from the same generation ECM/PCM, then yes just swap the IFR, IPW, etc over.

Do you have an issue with the current injectors/intake?

What he failed to mention is that he taking injectors from a Return Less fuel set up 04-07 classic and adding them to a vehicle equipped with a Return Style fuel system. 99-03.

The injector scaling is different on a Return Style fuel system. It's not a simple copy and paste.

Here is the OP other thread asking about it.

While they are all Gen III, post below is absolutely correct. I did not realize this. This is a swap, swap vehicle already has a returnless fuel setup that works perfectly with a GM V8.

Thank you for this, honestly had no idea. Of course I already bought injectors so it seems I'll have to live with whatever it takes to get this going. Any suggestions, or perhaps who to contact to tune? I'm willing to pay, or learn I suppose.

Also am I the only one that cannot login to this forum on a phone?
