To make a long story short. I need to reflash my 2007.5 back to stock. I did not do a read before I flashed it back in like .....2015. I need it stock, all parameters, emission control etc. So i can pass etest, they plug into the OBD port and check things. I have the DPF, EGR and cats, all sensors back in etc. I would like to be able to make small small changes to my tune after myself so im going to purchase a Flashscan.

I find the library with the stock tunes, and I see differences between them. One ends 52300430.ctz and another 55350430.ctz The first being the 523 has more of the emission parameters enabled, mainly the 02, the timing map also looks smoother and mild. The other one 553 has the 02 disabled and other emission parameters turned off, I notice the timing map is a bit more ..... wild? Like higher values in the middle and drastic quick changes etc...

Also, what is the 'federal' mean on the tunes in the library?

Just want to make sure whatever I flash on there will be as close to OEM as possible. Thanks!

To ensure you flash your vehicle back to OEM status, I recommend choosing the tune version 52300430.ctz, as it has more emission parameters enabled and appears to be more stable. The version 55350430.ctz may not be suitable for emissions testing due to the disabled parameters.color block jam level (https://colorblockjamlevel.io/)

Regarding the term "federal," it typically refers to tune versions that comply with federal emissions standards, as opposed to state versions that might have stricter requirements.
