I'm experiencing a slow start where the engine periodically will drag the starter and run an extended period (5-8 seconds) before it achieves the specified 810rpm idle speed. I am very suspicious of the cranking main injection timing, which is still the stock federal 06 automatic timing table. If I remember correctly, it's in a different governor mode while it's doing this. According to my log, I'm running -2.54 to -2.86 main inj in the RPM range less than 810.
Engine Specs:
6.4L (destroked 6.7L)
CM849 controller (found typo and corrected)
Fleece powerflow 750 inj pump
Exergy 100% injectors
Fly cut stock 6.7L pistons

I could just pop in numbers until I have results, but I wanted to ask for input before I go that route.
I would like to post a screenshot of the log and the file, but I'm not seeing the option to do that at the moment.
The delivery fuel system should be good. I installed a low crack pressure check valve in the return circuit to help make certain the fuel circuit wasn't draining back, but it made no difference, and that has been over a year ago that it was installed.
Aside from that, you can clearly see the transition between tables when it achieves the correct idle speed.

For some reason the site opened in the archived version, no idea why. Here are the files related to the slow start.
