Did you flash a truck tune to a van ECM?

No. Custom made tune for the LBZ Van. New Garrett better turbo, 30 over rebuilt injectors, new pumps x 3. New egr valve. Other than that not a true truck tune. Put a slightly modified van tune. Justice smidgen more power.
I reloaded the factory tune four times this evening. In the process of loading the custom full tune now. It's been an hour still green process bar about 7/8th

I did have it running badly a couple months ago briefly. But I had a pinched wire from bad installation I did at the camp position sensor. I checked for compression through glow plugs nothing bad.

Do you have a lift pump?

Yes. Van has a stock lift pump. It's new. Tank pump new. Injection pump new which included Mprop. When bleeding the system it is pressurized very well. I think it's something with the programming or something no trouble codes.

Based on your screenshot it looks like it’s trying to inject fuel. So you bled the fuel filter? Verified you’re getting fuel to the injection pump? Has the engine ever ran successfully while you have owned it?

If you've returned the ECM to bone stock and it still won't start, and there are no security related codes or indicators, it seems unlikely that it's the ECM or tune, but instead something hardware.
