Got Innovate Wideband O2 LC-2+DLG-1 Serial Output to work with EFLIlive Flashscan V2

I don't know if anyone has posted about using this Dual Gauge Wideband O2 with Blackbox, but it worked for me.

I talked to Innovate yesterday. Although the LC-2 is recognized and data is read perfectly by EFILive V2, disassembling the column to plug the serial cable into the serial out of the DLG-1 initially did not detect or read data from that daisychain source.


They asked me to disconnect the LC-2 for troubleshooting purposes to see if having all three hooked up was being blocked for some reason. It did read from the DLG-1 when I disconnected the LC-2.


Then, lo and behold, when I connected all of them up again, it was recognized from the DLG-1, and both the DLG-1 and LC-2 are connected as well. So now I have full functionality: Both inputs reading at the gauge AND the V2 (through the DLG-1 serial out).

The interface? Serial out of either the LC-2 or DLG-1 --> Innovate DB9 Serial cable --> Male to male Null Modem --> EFILive DB9/RJ11? Connector cable --> Flashcan V2
