References to Activation Codes in the F7: Licenses window have been changed to Installation Codes.
When purchasing Installation Codes, the emails delivered by the on-line store will refer to the codes as Activation Codes.
Once the software is promoted to production, the emails will be updated to reflect the new Installation Code wording.

Do you have your own bootloader to allow flashing modified calibrations to unlocked TCMs, or is it still stock only? I have two unlocked T87A's that were unlocked by means other than HPT, and I was able to flash modified bins using that method, but when I tried to flash the same bin using EFILive, it barfed I'm assuming because it was using the stock bootloader that looks for the signatures.

If the TCM has been unlocked (i.e. the TCM's boot block has been modified to ignore the content of the digital signatures) then you can flash it with EFILive.
The signatures still need to be sent, but it does not matter what they contain.
Send me the bin file and I'll show you how to add dummy signatures.
