2014 BTM removal?

i have a 2014 ram im trying to tune and it will not full fuel if you have the brake depressed. it is a non vgt file limits the fuel to 60mm3 until the brake pedal is released.

Torque management settings need to be turned off on the transmission side of the calibration

i have tried turning all torque managment off and nothing helps, im wondering if im missing some parameters that might not be showing on my end or not? if i semt you a file could you look maybe and tell me if i have them ?
