I see that there is a 1999 Camaro/Firebird M6 file at Holden Crazy that has been migrated to 2002 OS. Is it possible to load this into my 1999 TA with personal edition?

Nope. To perform a full reflash you require either the Commercial or Workshop editions of EFILive. The Commercial license is a $150 upgrade from memory and is the best $150 you'll ever spend (IMO).

Commercial license is a $150 upgrade. I upgraded my cable by sending in my LS1Edit cable a long time ago. COS 3 and 5 are great. I just upgraded my 2001 OS to 2002 OS so I could go to COS 5.

The purpose of that tune file is to save someone the PITA of copying over all the tables manually. If you had comercial and wanted to upgrade to the '02 OS, you could use that file as a base tune, then copy over only the tables you modified.
