I have no idea how long this has been available, but I just found it the other day. SUHWEET!. Very nice complement to the tune tool highlighting.

Check link to MAP
Now when you're looking at a chart, you can highlight a section of the data, and it will replot your map(s) showing only that data.
Paul - perhaps a shortcut (tool bar or right click) in the chart view to enable and disable link to map. I frequently log 20k+ frames. Sometimes I just highlight data for quick reference between charts and don't necessarily want replot the map data every time.
