I installed the LC1 yesterday and it works fine. There are a couple of things I found:
The EFI and Innovate instructions seem to conflict. I talked to Innovate and they said the Blue Wire should be connected to the same ground source (place) as the other grounds but have its own separate connector.
My PC does not find the programmer until I unplug and replug the serial programming cable.
The car battery needs to have a good charge before programming. My car sat for 6 weeks and the programming did not take until after I ran the car for a bit.
EFI Instruction:
3. System Ground:
The LC-1 Blue (System Ground) wire should be connected to a chassis’ ground separate from the Signal ground location.
Innovate instruction:
5. The BLUE, WHITE, and GREEN wires should all be grounded to the same ground source and although these grounds are of the same source, the BLUE wire should be wired separate from the WHITE and GREEN wires to avoid analog ground noise.
