Ok i just upgraded to Commercial from Professional.
im gettin this screen when i try to flash my PCM.
There is no way i have locked the pcm.
and i only have one interface cable.

Then when i try to unlock it i get this screen..

Your pcm needs a key of,

$ffff

put that EXACT thing in the KEY box you see in the picture.

Your Pcm may have been flashed via a tech 2 or sps and it flushed out that section of the bin file inside the computer.

They only thing that has touched my truck is me with EFI Live. So im guessing when upgraded to Commercial something got lost??

I had the same thing happen to a PCM of mine. I have only had the workshop edition and this PCM became locked. SPS or my Tech 2 were not the last to program it either.

It is an error in those pcms hardware. Sometimes if the oil or any other thing in the 4000-8000 becomes unstable, then it will just dump that section to FFFF usually the vin will be gone at the same time.. only happens on the 99-00 computers though...

This is a 2002 PCM. The last 3 digits are 411 i believe?
but that fixed it jesse. im tryin to get my KR straightned out..
