Hi guys just wandering if flash scan is real time or the same as edit ?

Real-time tuning is a whole different ball game.
Flashscan will not be real time, it will be like all the other tuning packages out there in that you shut the car off, flash your changes, then give it another run.

Real-time tuning on the LS1 PCM would be WAY too pricey to do, you would need a modified PCM also.
I won't get too technical on the in's and out's but just do a search on 16bit EPROM emulators on the internet with real-time trace and you will get an idea of the prices involved, and that's just for the hardware, the software would also be much more involved.
