Thinking about an LS6 to Fast90 swap. Can I reuse my stock LS1 fuel rails?
Ive ordered the LS6 water block off bits and pipes, do I need these?
Also ordered new port gaskets. Based on some of the shocking stories, Ill need these!
Also NW90 planned.
Anything else Ive fogotten? What about TB bolts?

I heard that the Fast90 manifold comes with a set of valley cover bolts (that have short bolt heads)... and that you're supposed to use these or else.

You will need the port gaskets as noted but Fel-Pro (MS-92438) sells them for half GM price. The TB bolts are common metric I would just wait and get those by length. If you have LS6 under manifold plugs steam plugs, those work. The LS1 fuel rail fits and injectors fit.
I am likely not familiar with your car but hope you do not have milled heads as that will cause problems. Cable TB?

I hate these things but many have had good results:master:

Yeah Ive got my fingers crossed re fittment. Ive got stock Dart heads no extra milling. I ordered the hardware fit kit with manifold bolts etc too plus the LS6 steam stuff. Sounds good to go then. Thanks.

me too. My heads are milled a good bit and it's been three kinds of hell getting the fast90 to seal up.
